The Department of Environmental Engineering actively participates in the ERASMUS program, i.e., students' mobility for studies and internship. The opportunities for student mobility were initially utilized with two (2) trips annually, while during the last four (4) years a decline in interest was observed, with one trip per year. The last two (2) years interest by students to participate in the internship program grew again, involving up to three (3) students per year.
European countries involved in the project were Finland, Denmark and Germany, while today agreements are in place with Italy and Poland. It must be mentioned that a student movement from the University of Aachen, Germany, to our Department took place for one academic year.
